This is the best thing to have in your trailer or at the club for starting airplanes single handedly at the field. Simply insert into the ground, flip up the holder, start your plane and pull it back by the tail using the side of the fuse to gently drop the holder out of the way. Made from light weight yet durable 4130 chromoly steel. 1 inch round for simple pool noodle replacement from the local thrift store. 12 inch long 1/2 steel spike to prevent bending when  driving into the ground.
